The Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) has launched a tender for a beauty and wellness services concession at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), offering an opportunity to operate a 2,443 sq ft space in Terminal 1’s airside Departure West Hall.
The concession is dedicated solely to personal care services, including massage, haircuts, and manicures, excluding the sale of related products. This tender operates independently from the existing perfumes and cosmetics concession.
Interested operators must obtain tender documents via AAHK’s ePROS system by paying a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$642). Preliminary registration is required by 25 February at 4:00 pm (Hong Kong time), with final applications due by 9 April at 4:00 pm.
The initiative aligns with HKIA’s strategy to diversify in-terminal services, catering to increasing traveler demand for wellness and personal care while enhancing passenger experience and broadening revenue streams without duplicating existing retail offerings.
