Suzuki’s official merchandise store, S-Mall, is offering an exclusive opportunity for fans to own a limited edition Hayabusa or Katana-inspired watch through a lottery sale. To commemorate the four-year anniversary of these iconic models, only 300 units of each watch have been produced, making them a rare collector’s item.
In collaboration with Japanese watchmaker Kentex, Suzuki first partnered with the brand in 2023 to create limited edition watches for the Katana and GSX-R models. This latest release marks the second collaboration between the two companies. Officially titled the Moto-R collection, both the Hayabusa and Katana watches feature the model name etched inside the glass cover. The Katana watch sports a striking blue interior, while the Hayabusa edition showcases a sleek clear white background.
The watches are priced at ¥55,000 (approximately £292), a slight increase over previous limited edition models. As with the earlier collaborations, the watches are available exclusively through a lottery, with each person allowed to submit one application. Although the exact lottery date has yet to be announced, it will be posted on the S-Mall page.
Additional Suzuki-branded items are also up for grabs, including a Suzuki sake cup, a Suzuki Swift Sport x Seiko watch, and a Suzuki Jimny x Casio G-Shock watch. All three watches will be sold through the same lottery system, while the sake cup will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Details regarding the construction of the watches are still under wraps, but further information, including the lottery date, is expected to be released soon.
