Fourth Wave Wine has introduced Mullet Wines, a new specialist brand tailored for consumers seeking robust flavours and higher alcohol content. The range includes seven Australian-crafted wines with alcohol by volume (ABV) between 13.5% and 16%, designed to offer a bold and dynamic drinking experience.
Leading the lineup is the Mullet Hard Shiraz, known for its full-bodied profile, showcasing red berry fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of ciderwood. The red wine selection continues with Mullet Pinot Noir, offering fragrant notes and a palate rich in blood plum, blackberry, and brown spice, and Mullet Cabernet Sauvignon, characterized by mixed berry and cassis flavours.
The collection also features one sparkling wine, Mullet Hard Sparkly, described as having aromas of ripe pear, yellow peach, preserved lemon, white florals, and fresh bread, coupled with fruit-forward flavours and crisp acidity.
White wine offerings include the Mullet Pinot Gris, celebrated for its rich, ripe fruit flavours; Mullet Chardonnay, with stone fruit and light citrus notes; and Mullet Moscato, bursting with tropical flavours.
Branded as “a rebellious expression of culture,” Mullet Wines aims to deliver maximum flavour impact and comprehensive palate coverage. The bold, eye-catching design caters to the demand from Gen Z and Millennial audiences for innovative and standout wine choices.
Each wine is available in 750ml bottles adorned with vibrant, uniquely coloured labels that enhance their shelf appeal.
