Delta Air Lines has announced an exciting new cabin interior design for its aircraft, set to debut in the fall in celebration of the airline’s upcoming centennial anniversary. This redesigned interior will eventually be rolled out across Delta’s entire fleet, according to company officials.
“Delta has a 100-year history of creating a customer experience that feels welcoming and thoughtful, with intentional design elements woven into every aspect of a customer’s travel,” said Mauricio Parise, Vice President of Customer Experience Design. “As we embark on our next century of flying, this refreshed cabin interior infuses utility with beauty, creating an atmosphere that feels fresh, elevated, and timeless while reflecting our customers’ evolving tastes and expectations.”
Delta emphasizes that the new design aims to enhance the customer experience and showcase the “future of flying.” The first aircraft to feature the new look will be a narrowbody Boeing 757, which will operate on domestic and short-haul international routes. This will be followed by the introduction of the design on a widebody Airbus A350 in early 2025.
