Melt Season is poised to become the first Chinese fragrance brand to launch in DFS stores located in downtown Hong Kong. The brand will debut in the Canton Road and Causeway Bay locations, marking a significant step in its strategy to expand its presence in international markets.
As reported by Retail in Asia, Melt Season plans to create a buzz with an engaging pop-up experience. Amael Blain, Senior Vice President of Beauty at DFS Group, remarked, “Melt Season’s unique Eastern aesthetics and thoughtful approach to scent creation align perfectly with our mission to offer new, exclusive brands that cater to the evolving preferences of our customers.”
Founder Lishi Ni expressed enthusiasm about entering the Hong Kong market, stating, “The Asia Pacific region has always been a pivotal market for duty-free sales, particularly in the fragrance and cosmetics sectors. We are excited to leverage Hong Kong’s status as a global economic and trade hub to build brand awareness among international consumers.”
