Owners of the new 2025 Porsche Macan Electric, set to arrive at US dealerships this month, will enjoy one year of complimentary 30-minute charging sessions at Electrify America stations. This initiative expands the existing charging agreement between Electrify America and Porsche Cars North America.
The Macan Electric boasts an impressive EPA-rated range of 308 miles, or 288 miles for the Turbo variant. Its 800-volt architecture allows for potential charging speeds of up to 270 kilowatts (kW) under optimal conditions, enabling a 10-80% charge in just 21 minutes.
“The Macan Electric is perfectly complemented by our Hyper-Fast charging network, which offers speeds of up to 350 kW,” said Robert Barrosa, president and CEO of Electrify America. Owners will benefit from the seamless Plug&Charge feature or can use the My Porsche app to initiate charging.
The 2025 Macan Electric is equipped with an SAE CCS port, and no changes to NACS ports are expected for this model. New owners will have a full year from their purchase date to take advantage of the free charging sessions.
