Nykaa has announced the appointment of Sukhleen Aneja as Senior Vice President and Head of Kay Beauty, the cosmetics brand created in partnership with Bollywood star Katrina Kaif.
Aneja joins Nykaa from Good Glamm, where she served as CEO of Brands. With two decades of experience in the FMCG sector, she has worked with major companies including Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, and L’Oréal. In her new role, Aneja will be responsible for driving international expansion for Kay Beauty, overseeing the Ayurveda-focused brand Nyveda, and providing strategic direction for Nykaa’s emerging wellness and personal care brands.
Aneja expressed her enthusiasm for the new position, stating, “I am thrilled to join Nykaa and look forward to driving growth and innovation in Kay Beauty and Nyveda. Beauty continues to be under-penetrated in India, presenting significant opportunities to develop strong, consumer-first brands.”
