Montreal-based luxury jeweler Birks introduced its new store design at the highly anticipated Royalmount location on September 5th. Renowned for its fine jewellery and bridal collections, Birks’ latest concept store is a tribute to Canada’s natural beauty and heritage.
The store, crafted by French luxury retail architecture firm Landmark Architecture, incorporates the diverse landscapes of Canada throughout the seasons, merging opulence with contemporary design. The space, which spans approximately 500 square feet, is characterized by three primary themes—refinement, charm, and brilliance. These elements are brought to life through soft curves, warm tones, advanced lighting, and signature blue hues that reflect various facets of Canadian beauty.
Birks, established in 1879, marks its 145th anniversary this year. The Royalmount store, with its sophisticated design, honors the brand’s long history and craftsmanship, bridging its past with a modern vision of elegance and quality.
Jean-Christophe Bédos, President & CEO of Birks Group Inc., commented, “As a brand with over 145 years of history, we take great pride in our Canadian heritage and are excited to share our rich legacy in a fresh and elegant way. With this new store concept, our goal is to offer clients another opportunity to immerse themselves in the World of Birks, while highlighting the craftsmanship, design, beauty, and value of our collections. This store, dedicated solely to Birks’ jewellery, redefines and elevates the brand experience.”
