Seiko has unveiled a trio of stylish timepieces under its King Seiko KSK 6R collection, each distinguished by vibrant color dials named “Preppy Blue,” “Preppy Green,” and “Preppy Burgundy.” These color choices pay homage to the Ivy-League-collegiate aesthetic that gained popularity in Tokyo during the 1960s.
Featuring a sleek case diameter of 36.1mm, the watches are crafted from stainless steel and include concealed casebacks adorned with the King Seiko branding. Designed for practicality, they boast water resistance of up to 10 ATM. The watch face is protected by a box-shaped sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, ensuring durability and clarity.
Under the hood, the timepieces are equipped with the automatic 6R51 movement, which supports manual winding. Notably, they also feature a stop-seconds hand function in addition to displaying hours and minutes.
Enhancing versatility, each watch comes with a matching multi-link bracelet that offers quick-release interchangeability. This feature allows wearers to effortlessly switch between different straps to suit various moods, occasions, and outfits.
Seiko’s latest offerings combine timeless design with modern functionality, appealing to both watch enthusiasts and fashion-forward individuals alike.
