Eternal Beauty, a prominent Chinese beauty and fragrance brand manager, is set to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company has officially submitted its application for listing on the main board, with BNP Paribas and CITIC Securities named as joint sponsors.
According to a report by Chaileedo, Eternal Beauty’s revenue reached CNY 1.864 billion in the 12 months leading up to March 31, 2024. The company oversees approximately 64 brands and ranks as the fourth largest perfume group in China.
Chaileedo’s report highlights that Eternal Beauty intends to use the funds raised from its IPO to further develop its own brands, including Santa Monica, acquire or invest in external brands, expand retail channels, and accelerate its digital transformation efforts.
