Earlier this month, Porto Venere, Italy, played host to the distinguished motor yachts Iman and Giro V.
The 48.5-meter Iman, originally launched as Crystie Ann in 1993 by the Italian shipyard Dragomar, has since undergone a name change to Dragomar. This yacht features exterior designs by Tom Fexas and Carlo Coluccia, with an interior created by Claudio Zampetti. Under the flag of the United Kingdom, Iman is equipped with twin Deutz diesel engines that enable it to reach a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots.
Adjacent to Iman, the 38.4-meter Giro V, constructed by Sanlorenzo in 2021, stands out with its modern design. Part of the SD126 series, Giro V boasts a design by Francesco Paszkowski, who was responsible for both its exterior and interior. The yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, offering a remarkable range of 3,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots, making it ideal for extended voyages.
