Honeywell has selected Gama Aviation Engineering to join its aircraft engine service center network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in Bournemouth, UK, Gama will provide line maintenance for Honeywell’s TFE731 turbofan engines and auxiliary power units on business jets.
This partnership allows operators at Gama’s Bournemouth facility to maintain compliance with Honeywell’s Maintenance Service Plan. Gama Aviation holds both EASA and UK Civil Aviation Authority maintenance approvals and specializes in servicing business aircraft.
“Our collaboration with Gama Aviation Engineering strengthens our service network and ensures that operators have more access to authorized maintenance,” said Anthony Florian, president of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. “This agreement underscores our commitment to providing reliable and efficient maintenance support for aircraft operators in the region.”
In addition to its maintenance services, UK-based Gama Aviation is involved in aircraft management and charter services, operating Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) in Glasgow, Scotland; Jersey in the Channel Islands; and Sharjah, UAE.
