Pirelli has unveiled four new tire models tailored specifically for the legendary Porsche 911, enhancing both road and track performance.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS
For the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Pirelli developed two new tires: the P Zero Trofeo RS and the P Zero Corsa. These tires are meticulously crafted to meet the dual demands of road driving and near-racing performance characteristic of the GT3 RS. The front tires come in 275/35R20, while the rear tires are sized at 335/30R21.
The P Zero Trofeo RS is engineered as a semi-slick tire optimized for high-performance on circuits. It boasts a wide operating range, rapid warm-up capabilities ensuring immediate grip, and durability in demanding conditions. Its design features a reinforced internal structure and an optimized tread pattern. Notably, the P Zero Trofeo RS has earned acclaim as the top street-legal semi-slick tire for track use, as recognized by German magazine Auto Bild Sportscars.
Conversely, the P Zero Corsa offers a more road-oriented focus, delivering dependable performance suitable for everyday driving scenarios.
Porsche 911 GT3
Similarly, Pirelli has introduced the P Zero Trofeo R for the Porsche 911 GT3, drawing on advanced motorsport technologies to maximize performance capabilities. This tire serves as the foundation for the P Zero Trofeo RS.
Both the P Zero Trofeo R and the P Zero Corsa for the Porsche 911 GT3 are available in sizes 255/35R20 for the front and 315/30R21 for the rear.
