Earlier this month, the impressive 76.88-meter superyacht Samar was seen docked at Port Fòrum in Barcelona, Spain. Built by Devonport in 2006, Samar showcases the exterior design talents of H2 Yacht Design and Nick Meyers, with naval architecture by Laurent Giles and Devonport, and interiors by Joe Thome. As one of the largest yachts ever constructed in the United Kingdom, Samar is a standout in both size and luxury.
The motor yacht is equipped with a range of high-end amenities, including a helipad, a spacious spa pool, a sauna, a cinema, a Mini Cooper, and a Bell 407 helicopter, allowing guests to explore their surroundings from both land and air. Constructed with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, the 2,159 GT superyacht is powered by three Wärtsilä diesel-electric engines, which provide a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 17 knots.
