Luxury German watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne has inaugurated its latest retail destination in Mayfair, London, further solidifying its footprint in the city. Situated on Davies Street, this marks the brand’s third boutique in London, nestled amidst prestigious galleries, upscale dining establishments, and luxury boutiques, with convenient proximity to Green Park and Hyde Park.
The new salon finds its home on the first floor of Bourdon House, a distinguished Grade II listed building formerly housing Dunhill’s flagship store. Retaining its classical façade, the interiors of the salon exude modernity and elegance, offering a comfortable lounge where patrons can appreciate a selection of the Maison’s iconic timepieces up close.
A focal point of the salon is a striking clock featuring the signature outsize date, reminiscent of A. Lange & Söhne’s heritage and drawing inspiration from the renowned five-minute clock at Dresden’s Semper Opera House.
“We are thrilled to expand our presence in London and extend a warm welcome to our loyal Lange enthusiasts and new clients alike at our new Salon in Bourdon House. This historically rich setting will enable us to deliver the exceptional customer experience they deserve,” remarked Wilhelm Schmid, CEO of A. Lange & Söhne.
The new Davies Street salon promises to be a haven for watch connoisseurs, combining historical charm with contemporary luxury, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the craftsmanship and heritage of A. Lange & Söhne.
