Jewelry production in Kyrgyzstan experienced a remarkable surge, witnessing a sevenfold increase during the period of January to November 2023, as reported by the National Statistical Committee.
Over the 11 months, the production of jewelry reached 127.5 million soms, showcasing significant growth compared to the production output of 18.7 million soms during the same period in 2022.
The growth trend was particularly pronounced in November 2023, with jewelry production soaring by 9.9 times to reach 19.6 million soms. This surge reflects a robust expansion in the jewelry manufacturing sector, indicating increased economic activity and demand for such products in Kyrgyzstan.
