BMW Group has launched a new ‘Retail.Next’ program concept at its dealerships across India, aiming to provide customers with a higher-end dealership experience. Its first new format dealership has opened in Agra, India – Speed Motorwagen Agra – with others to follow. BMW said the new sales approach redefines the customer experience, focusing on customer focus, flexibility, sustainability and quality service.
The new dealership features a three-vehicle display area, a lifestyle and accessories area, and a connected workshop with three service stations. The facility features an improved design and floor plan layout with a unified entrance, single-story layout and wraparound ceilings.
