Shiseido has cut the ribbon on a new talent development facility in Ginza. The Shiseido Future University is designed to nurture the next generation of Shiseido leaders.
Chairman and CEO Masahiko Uotani will serve as the founding dean, and the university will offer leadership programs.
The move is driven by the J-beauty giant’s “People First” philosophy, Shiseido said, which is the belief that human capital is a crucial investment because people are the company’s most important asset and increase corporate value.
