Toyota plans to add five new electric cars to its European lineup by 2026, with the bZ4X Fax continuing (and possibly being updated at some point), making it a 26-passenger six-passenger vehicle. What you see above will be the smallest and cheapest of the lot.
Currently known as the Urban SUV Concept, the car is expected to have some sort of bZ added to its name when a proper production version is launched in the first half of 2024. Has anyone else spotted the bZ shape in the taillight logo?
We don’t know too many specific details about the compact crossover yet, but Toyota says it will be available in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. Looks cool too, doesn’t it? We really like the small but chunky atmosphere.
The as-yet-unnamed electric car will also follow the example of one of its main rivals – the Volvo EX30 – by offering two different battery options to ensure there is an “easy-to-use” entry-level version and a more expensive one with better range. Long version. What that range might be, though, remains anyone’s guess.
