Tesco is following in the footsteps of Amazon and upping its beauty game. The British supermarket has added around 300 beauty products to its website, from well-known brands such as Rimmel and Sally Hansen.
According to a report published by The Mirror, cosmetics from L’Oreal’s Maybelline and L’Oreal Paris brands will be added early next year. Customers will then be able to order cosmetics for home delivery or opt for click-and-collect at most stores.
The Mirror reveals that the move follows customer feedback, with ‘mascara’ one of the top 20 products searched for on the site that were not available for home delivery, along with brands Rimmel and Maybelline.
