Prada is said to be considering a listing on the Milan stock exchange. The Italian fashion house is currently listed in Hong Kong and is considering a dual listing on its home turf.
According to a report published by Reuters, Prada CEO Andrea Guerra said that a dual listing is not a “priority” for the luxury label. The brand is focused on organic growth and will not be looking for mergers or acquisitions in the next three to five years.
A dual listing would broaden Prada’s investor base, Reuters reports, giving it access to investment funds limited to European and U.S. stocks.
